Omics VisDec
We provide services for analyzing complex omics datasets. VisDec web application is easy to use, interactive, customizable, requires low maintenance and cost effective. The data can be stored in local servers / cloud and is secured against any threats.
How it works ?
The data can either be in csv/excel format or can be retrieved from database or Application Programme Interface, which is then checked for quality and preprocessed before any analysis. The plots (Box plots, PCA, volcano plots, heat maps) thus generated can be visualized and downloaded in pdf format.
